Carnelian

Legend - Variant of chalcedony, Carnelian is an opaque to translucent light orange to deep reddish/brown. Most of the rich rust/orange Carnelian on the market today has obtained its colour through heat treatment.

Properties - Long believed to bring luck, protection and comfort. Said to be a motivation stone and some refer to it as the “self esteem stone”.
